A l\u2019issue de deux ans et demi de travaux, Spie batignolles grand ouest, mandataire du groupement constructeur aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s d\u2019Eiffage Energie (co-traitant) vient de finaliser les derniers travaux de l\u2019institution Notre-Dame-La-Riche \u00e0 Tours (37). Pour gagner en temps de construction et r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt global du chantier, l’entreprise a eu recours \u00e0 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments constructifs pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s, sous la forme de pr\u00e9dalles et de pr\u00e9murs. Par ailleurs, la charpente bois a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9-assembl\u00e9e en usine. Au cours de la premi\u00e8re phase d\u2019\u00e9tudes, la Ville de Tours a instaur\u00e9 un Plan de sauvegarde int\u00e9grant de nouvelles exigences architecturales et urbanistiques. Pour y r\u00e9pondre, le site a d\u00fb \u00eatre redimensionn\u00e9 et se limiter \u00e0 deux b\u00e2timents neufs. Avant l\u2019installation de l\u2019\u00e9cole, le site \u00e9tait occup\u00e9 par un laboratoire biologique animal. Le d\u00e9marrage des travaux a fait \u00e9merger un probl\u00e8me de pollution du sol aux m\u00e9taux lourds. Bien que tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9e, de nombreuses actions et analyses tr\u00e8s pouss\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en \u0153uvre afin d\u2019en \u00e9liminer toute trace. \u00c0 la suite de fouilles arch\u00e9ologiques, des restes osseux de 3 sangliers gallo-romains ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couverts. Une partie du projet a alors \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9e, notamment le vide sanitaire de la cuisine. Les \u00e9quipes Spie batignolles et ses partenaires ont travaill\u00e9 en toute transparence (co\u00fbts, d\u00e9lais,\u2026) avec la ma\u00eetrise d\u2019ouvrage et la ma\u00eetrise d\u2019\u0153uvre pour mener \u00e0 bien cette op\u00e9ration. A la rentr\u00e9e, l\u2019Organisme de Gestion de l\u2019Enseignement Catholique (OGEC) Notre-Dame-La-Riche de Tours, ma\u00eetre d\u2019ouvrage, a pu ouvrir l\u2019institution aux \u00e9tudiants.<\/p>\n
