Au coeur de la m\u00e9tropole lilloise, ce nouveau concept a pour objectif de favoriser la proximit\u00e9 avec ses clients actuels mais aussi d&rsquo;en capter de nouveaux.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;agence est am\u00e9nag\u00e9e pour :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un r\u00e9approvisionnement \u00ab express \u00bb pour un chantier en cours et servir les artisans en temps r\u00e9el pour toute commande inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 une palette ;<\/li>\n<li>permettre \u00e0 un artisan de venir d\u00e9couvrir la solution Sto de son futur chantier gr\u00e2ce aux conseils avis\u00e9s des vendeurs conseil polyvalents de Sto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans un espace de 400 m\u00b2, le StoShop comprend un espace libre-service avec de l&rsquo;outillage et les produits techniques de base pour les artisans, des pr\u00e9sentoirs d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillons, une machine \u00e0 teinter nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration qui garde en m\u00e9moire l&rsquo;ensemble des commandes en cours. Mais aussi\u00a0une zone de stockage couverte comprenant l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;offre de Sto gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un outil pr\u00e9dictif de gestion de stock et permettant aux camionnettes d&rsquo;entrer pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer leur commande.<\/p>\n<p>Les artisans pourront profiter de l&rsquo;espace d&rsquo;accueil mis \u00e0 leur disposition. Les techniciens Sto pourront \u00e9tudier leur projet et de leur pr\u00e9senter des \u00e9chantillons et des maquettes de finitions.<\/p>\n<p>Les artisans peuvent aussi y retrouver leur charg\u00e9 d&rsquo;affaires et leur charg\u00e9 de prescription pour les gros chantiers.
