L\u2019aspect \u00ab instantan\u00e9 \u00bb est \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 par 23% des copropri\u00e9taires. L\u2019attrait est tel que pour 26% du panel, l\u2019emploi du num\u00e9rique ne rev\u00eat aucun inconv\u00e9nient ! Tous ne sont cependant pas de cet avis et 38% des copropri\u00e9taires y voient comme principal obstacle la difficult\u00e9 d\u2019utilisation pour les personnes maitrisant mal l\u2019outil informatique. Et, reprenant l\u2019argument \u00e9voqu\u00e9 par certains concernant les syndics en ligne, 24% des sond\u00e9s estiment que, malgr\u00e9 ses avantages, le d\u00e9veloppement du num\u00e9rique se fait au d\u00e9triment des relations humaines. Enfin, on notera qu\u20191 copropri\u00e9taire sur 2 pense que son syndic fait assez d\u2019efforts pour mettre en place des outils num\u00e9riques dans sa copropri\u00e9t\u00e9, ce qui est bien per\u00e7u. En conclusion, on peut dire que le digital est bien entr\u00e9 dans la gestion des copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s, de nouvelles habitudes se cr\u00e9ent au sein des copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00bb.<\/em> selon David Rodrigues (juriste de la CLCV).<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019Extranet<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; 81% des r\u00e9pondants disposent d\u2019un Extranet,<br \/>\naujourd\u2019hui rendu obligatoire par la Loi ALUR ;<br \/>\n&#8211; Il est \u00e0 la fois utilis\u00e9 par les membres du conseil syndical (83%) mais aussi par les copropri\u00e9taires (75%) ;<br \/>\n&#8211; 71% l\u2019utilisent pour consulter la position comptable (78%), le proc\u00e8s-verbal des derni\u00e8res AG (\u00e0 73%), le r\u00e8glement de copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 (71%) et les documents annex\u00e9s \u00e0 la convocation (53%).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les syndics en ligne<\/strong><br \/>\nDepuis quelques temps, fleurissent des propositions de syndics en ligne. Ces derniers, en \u00e9change d\u2019honoraires moins \u00e9lev\u00e9s, proposent une gestion totalement d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9e de la copropri\u00e9t\u00e9.<br \/>\n&#8211; 89% des personnes interrog\u00e9es r\u00e9sident dans des copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s g\u00e9r\u00e9es par un syndic professionnel avec un cabinet physique et 2% par un syndic en ligne.<br \/>\n&#8211; 70% des copropri\u00e9taires interrog\u00e9s ne se disent pas int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par ce type d\u2019offre : la principale raison invoqu\u00e9e est l\u2019absence de contacts et de visites sur place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le courrier \u00e9lectronique<\/strong><br \/>\nAu-del\u00e0 des services mis en place ou propos\u00e9s par les syndics, les copropri\u00e9taires utilisent d\u00e9j\u00e0 un outil num\u00e9rique : le mail. C\u2019est loin d\u2019\u00eatre une surprise puisqu\u2019il constitue le moyen de communication le plus largement utilis\u00e9, que ce soit entre copropri\u00e9taires (71%), pour \u00e9changer avec
