Cette d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration concerne la construction (+1,9% au T3), traditionnellement tr\u00e8s pourvoyeur de d\u00e9faillances (27 % du nombre total), et se mat\u00e9rialise par un recul des permis de construire, apr\u00e8s un pic en octobre 2017.
