Afin de valoriser sa nouvelle gamme de panneaux CLT, Piveteaubois a construit un b\u00e2timent d\u00e9monstratif en R+2 \u00e0 Sainte-Florence \u2013 Essarts-en Bocage (85). Celui ci, met en \u0153uvre les panneaux Hexapli fabriqu\u00e9s par l’industriel depuis cette rentr\u00e9e. Il abrite un showroom produits et salles de r\u00e9union. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Le chantier a \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9 \u00e0 l’entreprise LCA Construction Bois qui l’a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en macro-lots clos couvert. Une \u00e9quipe de 7 personnes (3 charpentiers, 2 bardeurs et 2 menuisiers) a relev\u00e9 ce d\u00e9fi exp\u00e9rimental en 4 mois. En suivant les desiderata du ma\u00eetre d’ouvrage et de l’architecte, LCA a assur\u00e9 la r\u00e9alisation du plancher et des murs en CLT Hexapli, la pr\u00e9fabrication en atelier et la pose des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de bardage, l’isolation par l’ext\u00e9rieur et la de menuiseries mixtes et de stores. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Les panneaux CLT Hexapli sont fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de trois essences fran\u00e7aises\u00a0: pin, \u00e9pic\u00e9a et douglas.. Ces bois certifi\u00e9s PEFC font la particularit\u00e9 de cette gamme et apportent qualit\u00e9 et performances techniques et structurelles. Plus rigides que la moyenne europ\u00e9enne \u2013 de 20 % pour le douglas et de 10 % pour le pin \u2013 ces essences sont parfaitement adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la fabrication de panneaux CLT. Chaque \u00e9tage de ce b\u00e2timent met en \u0153uvre une essence diff\u00e9rente\u00a0: pin pour le rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, \u00e9pic\u00e9a pour le R+1 et douglas pour le R+2. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
