Prenant place dans les espaces de l\u2019ancien H\u00f4tel particulier de Francqueville dat\u00e9 du XVIII\u00e8me si\u00e8cle, les douze salles consacr\u00e9es aux Beaux-Arts (peintures, sculptures, objets d\u2019art) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 repens\u00e9es dans leur totalit\u00e9, de la s\u00e9lection des \u0153uvres \u00e0 leur accrochage, de l\u2019ambiance g\u00e9n\u00e9rale \u00e0 leur mus\u00e9ographie. En prenant comme points de d\u00e9part les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s m\u00eames du mus\u00e9e, ses collections, son architecture, son implantation, tout en les revendiquant pleinement, ce nouveau parcours a pour ambition de redonner une identit\u00e9 forte au mus\u00e9e. La th\u00e9matique \u00e9largie du corps, celui du mod\u00e8le, de l\u2019artiste comme celui du spectateur, structure dor\u00e9navant la d\u00e9couverte progressive des \u0153uvres et des espaces, du XVII\u00e8me si\u00e8cle au XX\u00e8me si\u00e8cle, du 1er \u00e9tage au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e. La mise en lumi\u00e8re de la vie artistique cambr\u00e9sienne, par son histoire et ses artistes, double ce nouvel axe.
