Construit dans les ann\u00e9es 80, sa modernisation a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de reconsid\u00e9rer l\u2019ensemble de ses am\u00e9nagements, de ses \u00e9quipements et une partie de sa structure d\u2019origine. HSBC REIM a s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 Bouchaud Architectes, ma\u00eetre d\u2019\u0153uvre, Artelia, assistant ma\u00eetre d\u2019ouvrage et ma\u00eetre d\u2019\u0153uvre d\u2019ex\u00e9cution et Spie batignolles ile-de-france, constructeur, pour r\u00e9aliser ces travaux d\u2019envergure comprenant la restructuration lourde des fa\u00e7ades et des circulations, des reprises en sous-\u0153uvre, des fondations compl\u00e9mentaires, l\u2019installation de renforts de structures associ\u00e9s et le r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement technique et architectural de l\u2019immeuble.<\/p>\n<p>Les premiers travaux relatifs au curage de l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du b\u00e2timent viennent de se terminer. Les \u00e9quipes Spie batignolles ile-de-france vont proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la d\u00e9pose des fa\u00e7ades et de d\u00e9molitions importantes de certaines zones, notamment des locaux techniques, des planchers et de tous les escaliers. En parall\u00e8le, l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9quipements techniques existants sera retir\u00e9.Par la suite, le hall d\u2019accueil sera reb\u00e2ti sur une double hauteur, n\u00e9cessitant une reconstruction des planchers situ\u00e9s en R+1. Avec pour objectif d\u2019augmenter le clair de jour \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des espaces, les structures de fa\u00e7ades des niveaux inf\u00e9rieurs et sur les \u00e9tages courants seront modifi\u00e9es.
