Tous les professionnels de la fili\u00e8re rassembl\u00e9s au sein d\u2019InterChanvre \u2013 de la recherche vari\u00e9tale jusqu\u2019aux produits finis \u2013 se mobilisent pour montrer la diversit\u00e9 des d\u00e9bouch\u00e9s industriels existants.<\/p>\n<p>De 10h \u00e0 17h30, les visiteurs pourront participer aux table-rondes o\u00f9 seront abord\u00e9s diverses th\u00e9matiques :\u00a0les d\u00e9bouch\u00e9s dans le b\u00e2timent, la plasturgie, l\u2019alimentation et la cosm\u00e9tique. La journ\u00e9e sera introduite par Dominique Briffaud, Pr\u00e9sident d\u2019InterChanvre, et Virginie Le Ravalec, Docteur ing\u00e9nieur en<br \/>\nproduits biosourc\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019ADEME.<\/p>\n<p>Le chanvre repr\u00e9sente un v\u00e9ritable avantage \u00e9cologique car ce v\u00e9g\u00e9tal ne n\u00e9cessite pas de produits phytosanitaires et donc pas d\u2019intervention entre le semis en avril et la r\u00e9colte en automne. Un hectare de chanvre stocke autant de CO2 qu\u2019un hectare de for\u00eat. R\u00e9sistante et couvrante, cette plante permet \u00e9galement de rompre les cycles de maladies et \u00e9touffe les mauvaises herbes.
