Nous faisons \u00e9galement des travaux d&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur et de VRD. Nous avons ouvert, il y a une dizaine d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es, un service QSE (Qualit\u00e9 S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Environnement).<\/p>\n<p>Jennifer Gadet \u2013 Logirep est un bailleur social, une filiale du groupe Polylogis qui, aujourd&rsquo;hui, atteint \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 80 000 logements. La filiale est situ\u00e9e en \u00cele-de-France principalement, et nous sommes les premiers \u00e0 nous lancer dans le chantier z\u00e9ro carbone.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e9phane Carmine \u2013 L&rsquo;association RQE (Recherche Qualit\u00e9 Environnementale) porte deux labels : un label d\u00e9cern\u00e9 aux entreprises qui souhaitent s&rsquo;engager dans le d\u00e9veloppement durable en l&rsquo;int\u00e9grant \u00e0 leur processus en tant qu&rsquo;entreprise du b\u00e2timent ; un second label qui est pour des chantiers exceptionnels comme celui dont nous allons parler : le label Chantier Z\u00e9r0 Carbone pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 lors de la Cop21 en 2015.
