Il a permis de financer environ 5 000 installations de production de chaleur renouvelable. La chaleur renouvelable va \u00eatre produite \u00e0 partir de la biomasse, du solaire, de la g\u00e9othermie, du biogaz. Le Fonds Chaleur permet \u00e9galement de financer les r\u00e9seaux de chaleur donc il permet de convoyer cette chaleur d&rsquo;un point de production \u00e0 la consommation dans les b\u00e2timents. Il a permis de produire \u00e9norm\u00e9ment d&rsquo;\u00e9nergies renouvelables, l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent du chauffage de 2 500 000 logements\/an.<\/p>\n<p>Nicolas Garnier \u2013 Si l&rsquo;on fait le bilan du Fonds Chaleur lui-m\u00eame, il est tr\u00e8s positif. Maintenant, si l&rsquo;on prend un peu de recul, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est que ce Fonds Chaleur, aujourd&rsquo;hui, n&rsquo;arrive pas \u00e0 faire respecter les objectifs de la France en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9nergies renouvelables. La loi TECV (Transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique pour la croissance verte) est en train d&rsquo;\u00eatre reprise dans la programmation pluriannuelle des investissements et pr\u00e9voit que la France doit produire chaque ann\u00e9e autant d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 renouvelable que de chaleur renouvelable.
