Le volume simple du b\u00e2timent, con\u00e7u par l’Atelier d\u2019architecture Delsinne, est une ossature en bois pos\u00e9e sur des pieux m\u00e9talliques afin de se d\u00e9tacher du sol et de la nappe phr\u00e9atique affleurant. Une terrasse en bois qui fait le tour de la maison permet de cr\u00e9er une transition entre le niveau haut du plancher de la maison et le terrain naturel. L\u2019entr\u00e9e situ\u00e9e au Nord donne acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un hall qui am\u00e8ne au s\u00e9jour. La maison est divis\u00e9e en deux parties. Une partie de long de la fa\u00e7ade Nord contient les espaces servant (entr\u00e9e, toilettes, local technique, buanderie, salle de bain) et, pour un apport de lumi\u00e8re naturelle important, les espaces servis s\u2019ouvrent c\u00f4t\u00e9 jardin sur les fa\u00e7ades Sud et Ouest : cuisine, chambres et s\u00e9jour o\u00f9 un mur de brique en terre crue participe \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019inertie du b\u00e2timent. Des stores ext\u00e9rieurs automatis\u00e9s assurent le confort d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9. Une VMC double flux haut rendement filtre et renouv\u00e8le l\u2019air int\u00e9rieur. Un Une cuve de 10m3 r\u00e9cup\u00e8re l\u2019eau de pluie pour les toilettes et la machine \u00e0 laver.<\/p>\n
