L\u2019objectif, favoriser la maintenance pr\u00e9dictive et accroitre la durabilit\u00e9 des b\u00e2timents gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une optimisation de la consommation des mat\u00e9riaux (r\u00e9emploi, d\u00e9construction\u2026). Le projet vise une approche en co\u00fbt global et une vision \u00e0 long terme avec des co\u00fbts de d\u00e9molition aux b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de la d\u00e9construction et un concept ou le b\u00e2timent devient une banque de mat\u00e9riaux. Sitowie int\u00e8gre \u00e9galement une dimension de maintenance pr\u00e9dictive avec des maquettes num\u00e9riques dynamiques. L\u2019objectif, collecter, fiabiliser les donn\u00e9es et simuler la d\u00e9gradation \u00e0 taille r\u00e9elle de sorte \u00e0 apporter une projection optimale. Nouvelles technologies et Big Data \u00e0 l\u2019appui, Sitowie rend ainsi possible la croissance durable dans le domaine de la construction.
