Ils contribuent activement aux objectifs de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre, en mobilisant des sources d\u2019\u00e9nergies renouvelables et de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration locales. En dix ans, les \u00e9nergies renouvelables et de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration (EnR&amp;R) sont pass\u00e9es de 27% \u00e0 57,1% des \u00e9nergies utilis\u00e9es par les r\u00e9seaux de chaleur. Pour la cinqui\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive, les EnR&amp;R comptent pour plus de la moiti\u00e9 dans le bouquet \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique : en premier lieu la chaleur de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration provenant des UVE (unit\u00e9s de valorisation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des d\u00e9chets) \u00e0 hauteur de 25%, puis la biomasse 22% (malgr\u00e9 un ralentissement du d\u00e9veloppement) et la g\u00e9othermie 5%.<\/p>\n<p>Le verdissement des livraisons a permis de r\u00e9duire fortement l\u2019empreinte carbone : aujourd\u2019hui, le contenu moyen en CO2 s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 0,116 kg \/kWh, soit 36% de moins que l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, 50% de moins que le gaz naturel et 61% de moins que le fioul. Il a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duit de 45% en 12 ans. Cette r\u00e9duction significative est principalement li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019introduction progressive de la biomasse dans le mix \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<p>En 2018, les 781 r\u00e9seaux de chaleur fran\u00e7ais enqu\u00eat\u00e9s assuraient donc le confort thermique de plus en plus d\u2019abonn\u00e9s puisque 40 116 b\u00e2timents sont raccord\u00e9s (38 212 en 2017), soit 2,42 millions d\u2019\u00e9quivalents logements.<\/p>\n<p>En 2018, les r\u00e9seaux de chaleur restent comp\u00e9titifs par rapport aux autres modes de chauffage avec un co\u00fbt global annuel pour un logement moyen, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire fourniture d\u2019\u00e9nergie, maintenance et amortissements compris, inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui du gaz collectif et de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant, malgr\u00e9 une trajectoire positive du taux de verdissement des r\u00e9seaux, l&rsquo;augmentation de 0,4 TWh de la chaleur verte livr\u00e9e en 2018 n&rsquo;est pas suffisante pour atteindre les objectifs fix\u00e9s. Pour le SNCU, il est urgent d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le rythme actuel de d\u00e9veloppement des r\u00e9seaux et de poursuivre leur verdissement afin d\u2019atteindre l\u2019objectif de 2023, soit une multiplication par 5 du rythme de d\u00e9veloppement de 2018 (+2 TWh\/an pour atteindre les objectifs de la PPE pour 2023 et de la LTECV pour 2030).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude 2019 du Syndicat national du chauffage urbain et de la climatisation urbaine (SNCU) et l\u2019association AMORCE, confirment le r\u00f4le des r\u00e9seaux de chaleur comme vecteur de la d\u00e9carbonation.
