L\u2019entreprise Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Construction du Forez (SCF) a \u00e9t\u00e9 retenue par la municipalit\u00e9 pour r\u00e9habiliter l\u2019ancienne \u00e9cole class\u00e9e tout en construisant 41 logements collectifs, un parking public et des locaux d\u00e9di\u00e9s aux activit\u00e9s professionnelles. V\u00e9ritable prouesse technique tant sur le plan thermique qu\u2019\u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, ce programme immobilier de 3812 m2 sur 4 niveaux est en avance sur la future r\u00e9glementation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, la RE2020, puisqu\u2019il est labellis\u00e9 E+C- avec un niveau de performance E2C2 en zone H1C valid\u00e9 par Promotelec. Du choix des mat\u00e9riaux aux \u00e9quipements, tout a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en oeuvre pour atteindre les meilleures performances \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. Daniel Dumas, dirigeant de l\u2019entreprise SCF et adepte du b\u00e9ton cellulaire Ytong, a naturellement choisit cette solution constructive pour l\u2019enveloppe du b\u00e2timent. Les performances thermiques, la facilit\u00e9 et la rapidit\u00e9 de sa mise en oeuvre de ce mat\u00e9riau en font une solution id\u00e9ale pour r\u00e9pondre aux contraintes de ce type de projet de logements collectifs en R+3. L\u2019architecte Jacques Didier a imagin\u00e9 dans la continuit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole un nouveau b\u00e2timent, reli\u00e9 par une passerelle. Symbolisant le lien entre le pass\u00e9 et le pr\u00e9sent, cette passerelle longe la fa\u00e7ade de l\u2019ancien \u00e9tablissement scolaire.<br \/>\nDes escaliers en cascade permettent d\u2019atteindre le 4e \u00e9tage coiff\u00e9 d\u2019une grande et \u00e9l\u00e9gante verri\u00e8re.
