L\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et l\u2019isolation thermique de ces nouvelles toitures productrices d\u2019\u00e9nergie qui ont le vent en poupe exigent des mat\u00e9riaux adapt\u00e9s. La mousse de verre rigide FOAMGLAS surmonte les contraintes li\u00e9es aux toitures solaires isol\u00e9es thermiquement et \u00e9tanch\u00e9es avec des membranes bitumineuses. Seul isolant \u00e0 pouvoir offrir une garantie similaire ou sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e de vie de plus de 20 ans des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s solaires. La combinaison des diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riaux permet d\u2019associer un syst\u00e8me coh\u00e9rent en terme de garantie (minimum 20 ans), d\u2019\u00e9viter toute gestion de sinistre d\u2019infiltrations pendant la dur\u00e9e d\u2019exploitation et d\u2019assurer la rentabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019investissement. En cas de contrainte thermique importante, le FOAMGLAS\u00ae T3+ propose une solution avec un lambda de 0,036 W\/m2.K (soit un Rth = 5 pour 18 cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur). Si la contrainte de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la compression s\u2019av\u00e8re tr\u00e8s contraignante, le FOAMGLAS\u00ae F propose une solution avec une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la compression de 1 600 kPa (soit 160 t.\/m2).
