Initi\u00e9 par la Smart Building Alliance (SBA), le label \u00ab Ready to Services \u00bb favorise une \u00e9volution des pratiques pour faire du SmartBuilding une plateforme de services apportant confort, performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es. Le b\u00e2timent Wave de Vinci Energies \u00e0 Euratechnologies, vient d\u2019\u00eatre labellis\u00e9 R2S (Ready to Services) 3 \u00e9toiles, niveau le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de la certification d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par Certivea. C\u2019est le premier en France \u00e0 atteindre ce niveau de certification. Le CD2E, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur de l\u2019\u00e9co transition bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Loos-en-Gohelle, a accompagn\u00e9, en partenariat avec AMEXIA cabinet conseil du groupe Projex en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement durable, de SmartBuilding et de BIM, VINCI Energies pour pr\u00e9parer l\u2019audit de labellisation. Le Cluster a pu, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses outils, simuler les performances du b\u00e2timent en lien avec le r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel et challenger VINCI Energies pour viser les 3 \u00e9toiles. Ce b\u00e2timent \u00e9tait en exploitation, il a donc parfois fallu demander des principes d\u2019\u00e9quivalence et attirer l\u2019attention de Vinci Energies sur les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s du label et de leur b\u00e2timent. Gr\u00e2ce aux \u00e9changes r\u00e9guliers et \u00e0 l\u2019accompagnement du CD2E, les outils n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019obtention des 3 \u00e9toiles ont pu \u00eatre mis en place. L\u2019ensemble des entreprises locales de VINCI Energies mobilis\u00e9es sur le projet (Delporte, Santerne Fluides, C2C, NAE, Lesot, Axians et Smart Building Energies) ont permis au b\u00e2timent WAVE de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une connectivit\u00e9 performante avec une architecture r\u00e9seau informatique int\u00e9gr\u00e9e au b\u00e2timent, d\u2019\u00e9quipements techniques et d\u2019interfaces favorisant l\u2019interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9, tout en garantissant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes. Le suivi des consommations \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et l\u2019optimisation des services sont pilot\u00e9s via une plateforme Web, sp\u00e9cialement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par les \u00e9quipes de VINCI Energies. Facilement duplicable, cette plateforme est d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e dans d\u2019autres b\u00e2timents tertiaires.
