Cette nouvelle \u00e9tape s\u2019inscrit dans la strat\u00e9gie de gestion de patrimoine de la RIVP et permet d\u2019explorer et approfondir diff\u00e9rents sujets en lien avec des th\u00e9matiques cl\u00e9s du b\u00e2timent et de la ville durables : mat\u00e9riaux biosourc\u00e9s, r\u00e9novation thermique &amp; industrialisation, trajectoire carbone, confort d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle quartier (ICU), Qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019Air int\u00e9rieur et Linked Data. S\u2019appuyant sur l\u2019expertise pluridisciplinaire du CSTB appliqu\u00e9e aux projets de la RIVP, ces travaux permettront de renforcer la convergence entre Recherche et r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de la construction, r\u00e9habilitation et exploitation des immeubles.<\/p>\n<p>Programmation &amp; th\u00e9matiques<\/p>\n<p>Les mat\u00e9riaux biosourc\u00e9s : pour r\u00e9duire l\u2019empreinte carbone des b\u00e2timents, le recours aux mat\u00e9riaux biosourc\u00e9s est un levier pertinent, \u00e0 organiser, structurer et renforcer, dans une approche syst\u00e9mique. Dans le cadre du partenariat RIVP \u2013 CSTB, une recherche sera men\u00e9e pour explorer des m\u00e9thodes d\u2019analyse multicrit\u00e8re de ces mat\u00e9riaux combinant les enjeux de durabilit\u00e9, pathologie(s), thermique, s\u00e9curit\u00e9, etc.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9novation \/ industrialisation : l\u2019industrialisation des process, via l\u2019usage de la maquette num\u00e9rique \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes des projets, permet de massifier, s\u00e9curiser et optimiser les op\u00e9rations de r\u00e9novation performante, contribuant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l\u2019empreinte carbone des b\u00e2timents et diminuer les charges des locataires. Les \u00e9quipes du CSTB et de la RIVP travailleront sur cet enjeu associant r\u00e9novation thermique et maquette num\u00e9rique. Des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s industrialisables et duplicables, mais n\u00e9anmoins \u00ab sur-mesure \u00bb, seront ainsi \u00e9tudi\u00e9s, notamment dans le domaine de l\u2019ITE.<\/p>\n<p>Trajectoire Carbone : pour r\u00e9duire le bilan carbone de son parc, en partie li\u00e9 \u00e0 la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des immeubles, la RIVP souhaite d\u00e9velopper son recours \u00e0 des \u00e9nergies moins carbon\u00e9es. Pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la d\u00e9marche et nourrir les process de d\u00e9cision, le partenariat de recherche avec le CSTB int\u00e8grera une s\u00e9rie de travaux d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 cet enjeu.<\/p>\n<p>Confort d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle quartier (ICU) : la RIVP et le CSTB ont r\u00e9cemment men\u00e9 des travaux sur le confort d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 des logements, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle des b\u00e2timents. L\u2019objectif est aujourd\u2019hui d\u2019\u00e9largir cette r\u00e9flexion \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle des espaces ext\u00e9rieurs, en abordant plus particuli\u00e8rement la question des \u00eelots de chaleur urbains.<\/p>\n<p>Qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019Air Int\u00e9rieur : th\u00e9matique majeure en termes de sant\u00e9 publique et de confort, la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019air int\u00e9rieur fera l\u2019objet de travaux plus exploratoires et compl\u00e9mentaires aux programmes nationaux d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9s. Il s\u2019agira notamment, au-del\u00e0 des obligations r\u00e8glementaires, de d\u00e9finir des prescriptions sp\u00e9cifiques aux op\u00e9rations de construction.<\/p>\n<p>Linked Data : permettant de constituer un entrep\u00f4t unique de multiples donn\u00e9es, connect\u00e9es \u00e0 des outils m\u00e9tier, la technologie Linked Data pourrait \u00eatre mobilis\u00e9e pour optimiser la gestion et le traitement des donn\u00e9es patrimoniales et techniques int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans le BIM Gestion Exploitation Maintenance.
