Ce dispositif revient \u00e0 imputer le d\u00e9ficit de l\u2019ann\u00e9e en cours sur le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, qui a donn\u00e9 lieu au paiement de l\u2019imp\u00f4t sur les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s. La FFB demande que le \u00ab trop pay\u00e9 \u00bb au tr\u00e9sor public, d\u00e9coulant de cette imputation, soit revers\u00e9 aux entreprises en difficult\u00e9. Pour les finances de l\u2019Etat, l\u2019op\u00e9ration est neutre puisqu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un lissage de l\u2019imp\u00f4t d\u00fb sur plusieurs ann\u00e9es. Le pr\u00e9sident de la FFB, Olivier Salleron, l&rsquo;a propos\u00e9 au ministre du Budget, Olivier Dussopt, lors d\u2019un rendez-vous, \u00e0 Bercy, le mardi 30 novembre 2021. La derni\u00e8re lecture du projet de loi de finances \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e Nationale est l\u2019ultime occasion pour apporter une r\u00e9ponse concr\u00e8te aux entreprises confront\u00e9es \u00e0 cette situation. Olivier Salleron a \u00e9galement demand\u00e9 de prolonger d\u2019une ann\u00e9e le cr\u00e9dit d\u2019imp\u00f4t en faveur de la r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des locaux tertiaires des TPE\/PME. Vot\u00e9 en 2021, ce dispositif n\u2019a pu b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier pleinement aux entreprises, compte tenu d\u2019une publication tardive des d\u00e9crets d\u2019application.
