Ce b\u00e2timent de 5 000 m2 connecte les chais de vieillissement d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 et le site d\u2019embouteillage de l\u2019autre. INCA Architectes et AIA Life Designers ont imagin\u00e9 un grand parc paysager dans lequel le nouvel \u00e9difice, rappelant les chais historiques, est venu s\u2019ins\u00e9rer. Ce b\u00e2timent-promenade se distingue par deux parties longilignes reli\u00e9es entre elles par des passerelles. Elles abritent toutes les fonctions et dessinent un v\u00e9ritable lieu de vie : accueil, bureaux, salles de r\u00e9unions, restaurant, salle de sport, locaux du personnel. Des parvis, patios et jardins cr\u00e9ent une transition douce entre le dedans et le dehors. La mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9 de la pierre de Charente est r\u00e9interpr\u00e9t\u00e9e en fa\u00e7ade de mani\u00e8re contemporaine et se marie harmonieusement au zinc VMZINC qui habille la toiture. Au total, 7 000 m2 de solutions zinc ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en \u0153uvre, soit environ 60 tonnes : Joint Debout en couverture ; Profil \u00e0 Embo\u00eetement pour les sous-face et agrafage sur-mesure sur les rives et pignons. Un seul aspect de surface, le QUARTZ-ZINC, a \u00e9t\u00e9 retenu. Ce zinc, qui se patinera avec le temps, joue avec la lumi\u00e8re, une composante essentielle du projet.
