Les autorisations enregistrent, certes, une vive progression de 13,9\u00a0%, mais se tassent sur la p\u00e9riode mai-juillet 2022, \u00e0 +5,8\u00a0%. De fait, le traitement des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts massifs de demandes de permis en d\u00e9cembre 2021, par anticipation de la RE2020, arrive progressivement \u00e0 son terme\u00a0; il a m\u00eame totalement disparu dans l\u2019individuel, qui plonge de 15,5\u00a0%. Les ventes de logements neufs s\u2019effondrent, tant chez les promoteurs (-14,6\u00a0%) que chez les constructeurs de maisons individuelles (26,7\u00a0%). Cela augure une chute des permis, puis des ouvertures de chantier courant 2023. La r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique acc\u00e9l\u00e8re l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, \u00e0 +1,9\u00a0%. Reste que les perspectives pour le troisi\u00e8me trimestre 2022 se d\u00e9gradaient, malgr\u00e9 des carnets de commandes stables \u00e0 3,8 mois \u00e0 fin juin. Au global, le b\u00e2timent progresse de 3,9\u00a0% au premier semestre 2022 par rapport au premier semestre 2021. Sur l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, la hausse s\u2019\u00e9tablirait \u00e0 +3,8\u00a0%.
