Celui-ci a permis l\u2019\u00e9laboration de la m\u00e9thode \u00ab QSE \u00bb d\u2019\u00e9valuation de la performance globale des b\u00e2timents ayant fait l\u2019objet de travaux de r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. QUARTET vise \u00e0 former les futurs utilisateurs \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode et, dans ce contexte, l\u2019\u00e9quipe projet recrute actuellement quelques op\u00e9rateurs volontaires pour la d\u00e9ployer. A la suite des exp\u00e9rimentations r\u00e9alis\u00e9es dans les b\u00e2timents \u00e0 usage d\u2019habitation, QUARTET poursuit ses exp\u00e9rimentations sur des b\u00e2timents \u00e0 usage d\u2019\u00e9cole et de bureaux et recrute une vingtaine de b\u00e2timents \u00e0 usage de bureaux. L\u2019objectif de QSE et aujourd\u2019hui QUARTET est d\u2019apporter ainsi des garanties sur les performances globales des b\u00e2timents apr\u00e8s des travaux de r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<p>Lanc\u00e9 en 2019 dans le cadre du programme PROFEEL, port\u00e9 par les \u00e9quipes du CSTB, le projet QSE (Qualit\u00e9 Sanitaire et Energ\u00e9tique des r\u00e9novations) a pour objectif de proposer aux collectivit\u00e9s territoriales, bailleurs sociaux, gestionnaires de parcs ou encore aux bureaux d\u2019\u00e9tude agissant en tant qu\u2019assistant \u00e0 maitrise d\u2019ouvrage, une m\u00e9thode simple et peu co\u00fbteuse, dite \u00ab m\u00e9thode QSE \u00bb afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer, avant et\/ou apr\u00e8s r\u00e9novation, la performance globale \u00ab \u00e9nergie-sant\u00e9-confort \u00bb des b\u00e2timents \u00e0 usage d\u2019habitation, d\u2019enseignement du premier degr\u00e9 (\u00e9coles maternelles et \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires) et de bureaux.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dans un contexte o\u00f9 r\u00e9duire les consommations d\u2019\u00e9nergie et massifier la r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des b\u00e2timents est une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9, le projet QUARTET s\u2019inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 du projet QSE (Qualit\u00e9 sanitaire et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des r\u00e9novations).
