Les acteurs de la chaleur renouvelable et de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration ont remis \u00e0 Agn\u00e8s Pannier-Runacher, ministre de la Transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, une proposition de \u00ab Plan Marshall \u00bb qui permettra de transformer, d\u2019ici 2030, 54 % de la chaleur consomm\u00e9e en France en \u00e9nergie renouvelable, locale et comp\u00e9titive. La chaleur, qui repr\u00e9sente pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9nergie consomm\u00e9e dans notre pays, est encore trop souvent la \u00ab grande oubli\u00e9e \u00bb du d\u00e9bat \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, alors m\u00eame qu\u2019elle continue de d\u00e9pendre tr\u00e8s majoritairement d\u2019\u00e9nergies fossiles import\u00e9es. Les sources d\u2019\u00e9nergies renouvelables et de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration sont en progression constante et repr\u00e9sentent d\u00e9j\u00e0 23 % de la consommation totale de chaleur en France. Mais il est essentiel d\u2019aller plus loin et plus vite.
