Le b\u00e2timent se veut une matrice d\u2019accueil, d\u2019\u00e9nergie et de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Sa forme radicale, parcourue de courbes, rappelle les cellules du vivant. Ses angles arrondis, tout en continuit\u00e9, constituent la signature architecturale de l\u2019ouvrage. Sa force r\u00e9side \u00e9galement dans les nombreux am\u00e9nagements ext\u00e9rieurs ; toitures-terrasses accessibles ou non, balcons, cours et patios ; o\u00f9 les occupants peuvent s\u2019a\u00e9rer l\u2019esprit. L\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de tous ces espaces, ainsi que des locaux techniques et de la zone livraison, a \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9e par l\u2019agence travaux SOPREMA Entreprises de Paris, qui a d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 tout l\u2019\u00e9ventail des techniques possibles en la mati\u00e8re : membrane pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9e de bitume \u00e9lastom\u00e9rique arm\u00e9 autoprot\u00e9g\u00e9e ou recouverte de gravillons, de v\u00e9g\u00e9talisation ou de plots sous un platelage bois, \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 mixte asphalte, \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 liquide et membrane PVC.
