Une solution s\u00e9curis\u00e9e pour r\u00e9pondre aux nouvelles obligations de r\u00e9duction de leurs consommations \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques qui visent l\u2019ensemble des b\u00e2timents tertiaires d\u2019au moins 1000 m2 : bureaux, industries, commerces, logistiques et stockage, administrations\u2026 La l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 du Powerdeck+, combin\u00e9e \u00e0 son excellente conductivit\u00e9 thermique, en fait une solution id\u00e9ale pour l\u2019isolation des toitures. Son faible poids permet de faire des \u00e9conomies sur la structure d\u2019un nouveau b\u00e2timent ou de se dispenser d\u2019un renforcement de la structure existante en cas de r\u00e9novation. Le syst\u00e8me offre une excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la compression (classe C de compressibilit\u00e9 selon guide UEAtc, contrainte de compression pour un \u00e9crasement \u00e0 10% (CS\/10) \u2265 150 kPa selon EN826). Cette r\u00e9sistance est un atout consid\u00e9rable qui s\u00e9curise et facilite les visites de maintenance de l\u2019installation photovolta\u00efque.
