Ce semblant de compromis confirme cependant l\u2019exclusion du logement individuel et de 93 % du territoire. Le gouvernement indique que sa proposition rendrait potentiellement \u00e9ligibles au PTZ six millions de m\u00e9nages suppl\u00e9mentaires. Toutefois les \u00e9tudes d\u2019impact r\u00e9v\u00e8lent un nombre de nouveaux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires bien plus modeste, de l\u2019ordre de 15 000 m\u00e9nages. Plus de 300 d\u00e9put\u00e9s de tous bords, demandent au contraire le maintien du PTZ dans tous les territoires, pour tous les types de logement. Cette mobilisation transpartisane illustre un attachement partag\u00e9 au maintien d\u2019un PTZ universel que le gouvernement ne saurait balayer d\u2019un revers de main.
