Cet ensemble immobilier de 5 300 m\u00b2 en R+7 prend place sur le grand parvis central. Il comprend des logements, des bureaux, une brasserie et des commerces en rez-de-chauss\u00e9e et accueille, entre autres, le si\u00e8ge du groupe Pegasus. La conception s\u2019est cal\u00e9e sur les hautes exigences environnementales du R\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel tertiaire Grand Lyon et de la certification BREEAM. Sa double performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et \u00e9cologique passe, notamment, par des \u00e9quipements tels que le raccordement au syst\u00e8me de chauffage urbain et une toiture v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9e photovolta\u00efque. Pr\u00e8s de 2 800 m2 de fa\u00e7ades vitr\u00e9es, avec des menuiseries WICONA en aluminium bas carbone Hydro Circal 75R, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en oeuvre par l\u2019entreprise Diagonale. Elles forment un spectaculaire pliss\u00e9 de verre et d\u2019aluminium d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 sur la fa\u00e7ade nord du b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n<p>Du 1er au 7e \u00e9tage, la fa\u00e7ade sur parvis nord et une partie de la fa\u00e7ade arri\u00e8re sud superposent des balcons filants avec des ensembles compos\u00e9s de ch\u00e2ssis WICLINE 65 Evo, dispos\u00e9s de biais pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des brisures dont les angles entrants et sortants sont en quinconce d\u2019un \u00e9tage sur l\u2019autre. Chacune associe 4 fixes et 2 ouvrants vitr\u00e9s quasi toute hauteur. Afin de pr\u00e9server la finesse des masses vues, les portes-fen\u00eatres \u00e0 double-b\u00e9quille \u2013 pour un acc\u00e8s de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur comme de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur \u2013 sont \u00e0 paumelles invisibles et WICONA a adapt\u00e9 les profil\u00e9s de renfort, indispensables sur une telle hauteur (entre 2 700 et 3 000 mm selon le niveau), de sa gamme WICLINE 75 pour la WICLINE 65. Sur l\u2019attique, en retrait pour m\u00e9nager de larges terrasses, des coulissants \u00e0 levage grandes dimensions WICSLIDE 160 de WICONA (L 2 250 x H 3 000 mm) en 2 vantaux avec 1 rail encastr\u00e9 et galandage s\u2019effacent c\u00f4t\u00e9 ouest et c\u00f4t\u00e9 est.
