Cette restauration s\u2019inscrit dans le plan de relance du patrimoine franc\u0327ais. Le chantier concerne la restauration des couvertures, de la charpente me\u0301tallique installe\u0301e par Violet Le Duc, de la vou\u0302te et de ses de\u0301cors peints, des menuiseries, des sculptures ainsi que la fac\u0327ade co\u0302te\u0301 cour. Pour faciliter le travail des restaurateurs, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.layher.fr\"><strong><span class=\"\" style=\"color: #0bb0f5;\">LAYHER<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><span class=\"\"> a installe\u0301 des e\u0301chafaudages monumentaux gra\u0302ce a\u0300 un parapluie Couvralu exceptionnel. L\u2019ensemble de l\u2019e\u0301chafaudage parapluie repre\u0301sente pluse 700 tonnes de mate\u0301riel, culminant a\u0300 80m au-dessus de la place du village.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depuis 1857, le ch\u00e2teau a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de nombreuses restaurations comme les fa\u00e7ades, les charpentes ou les vo\u00fbtes. Pour proc\u00e9der \u00e0 cette restauration, le Centre des Monuments Nationaux (CMN) et l\u2019architecte en chef des Monuments Historiques, ont retenu la proposition de Layher.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-109668 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/batijournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/20220728_105314-1024x461.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"461\" srcset=\"https:\/\/batijournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/20220728_105314-980x441.jpg 980w, https:\/\/batijournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/20220728_105314-480x216.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0bb0f5;\"><b>1<\/b><b>\u00c8RE<\/b><b> PHASE DU PROJET : UNE ANALYSE PR\u00c9CISE DU CH\u00c2TEAU, POUR UN \u00c9CHAFAUDAGE SUR-MESURE<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une \u00e9tude sp\u00e9cifique du chantier a \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire pour r\u00e9partir les charges au sol, notamment au niveau de la fa\u00e7ade ext\u00e9rieur du ch\u00e2teau, ainsi que pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 certaines contraintes techniques telles que : l\u2019impossibilit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er des appuis sur la toiture et assurer un acc\u00e8s s\u00fbr, pratique et ergonomique pour le visitorat. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-109669 size-medium alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/batijournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/IMG_0648-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/>Pour y r\u00e9pondre, le Bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes de LAYHER a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en 4 mois une douzaine de plans, enti\u00e8rement en 3D, afin de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences du chantier, ainsi que le montage de l\u2019\u00e9chafaudage. En effet, Layher a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans le but de garantir l&rsquo;ad\u00e9quation aux travaux pr\u00e9vus par chaque corps d&rsquo;\u00e9tat :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des relev\u00e9s par drone pour assurer la pr\u00e9cision des \u00e9tudes ;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plusieurs \u00e9tudes de sols et dispositif pour la r\u00e9partition des charges ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un pont roulant suspendu sous le parapluie Couvralu pour le d\u00e9placement des cr\u00eates du fa\u00eetage ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un platelage sous la vo\u00fbte\u00a0avec dispositifs\u00a0d&rsquo;instrumentation du plancher\u00a0;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un triple parapluie Couvralu qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s entre 12<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">et 14 m au-dessus du dernier amarrage sur la toiture, soit 1 000 m\u00b2 de toiture provisoires couvertes et deux passerelles d\u2019approvisionnement, accessibles gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un ascenseur de chantier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0bb0f5;\"><b>2<\/b><b>\u00c8ME<\/b><b> PHASE DU PROJET\u00a0: RESTAURATION DE L\u2019AILE DES PREUSES AVEC L\u2019INSTALLATION D\u2019UN PARAPLUIE MONUMENTAL COUVRALU<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La deuxi\u00e8me phase du chantier concerne la protection de l\u2019aile des Preuses, avec l\u2019installation d\u2019une plateforme int\u00e9rieure.
