La nouvelle Pr\u00e9dalle THERMIK, solution structurelle en b\u00e9ton pr\u00e9contraint est la plus performante du march\u00e9. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une coupure totale de la liaison plancher\/fa\u00e7ade dans les sens porteur et non porteur, elle divise par quatre les d\u00e9perditions thermiques. Elle permet d\u2019obtenir un coefficient de transmission thermique lin\u00e9ique (Psi) r\u00e9duit compris entre 0,22 et 0,30 W\/m.K pour des constructions en b\u00e9ton. Fabriqu\u00e9e en b\u00e9ton pr\u00e9contraint, dans les usines fran\u00e7aises de KP1, elle diminue intrins\u00e8quement le poids carbone du b\u00e2timent gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de quantit\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riaux (b\u00e9ton et acier) engendr\u00e9e par ce mode constructif : gain carbone de 30 % en comparaison \u00e0 une dalle pleine. Pour les projets o\u00f9 l\u2019impact carbone doit \u00eatre davantage optimis\u00e9, KP1 propose la Pr\u00e9dalle THERMIK dans sa gamme \u00e9co-con\u00e7ue IMPAKT IC16.
