Ce terrain accueillera un immeuble de forme carr\u00e9e, avec patio central, en R+6, qui accueillera 1500 personnes. Une partie est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en bois : le b\u00e2timent passerelle situ\u00e9 du 1er \u00e9tage jusqu\u2019au 5e \u00e9tage (plancher, poteaux et poutres). Un second immeuble rectangulaire en R+4 (b\u00e2timent B) construit en b\u00e9ton uniquement et un parking silo en R+8 de 397 places, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en b\u00e9ton avec des poteaux, poutres et dalles alv\u00e9olaires. Les deux b\u00e2timents de bureaux disposeront de fa\u00e7ades bard\u00e9es en t\u00f4le aluminium anodis\u00e9 et de blocs de fa\u00e7ades de 5m x 3 m int\u00e9grant des menuiseries en aluminium, assurant une coh\u00e9rence dans les mat\u00e9riaux employ\u00e9s. La mise en oeuvre de ces fa\u00e7ades blocs pr\u00e9alablement assembl\u00e9es en atelier, permettent un gain de temps sur le chantier et un d\u00e9marrage du clos couvert avant la fin du gros oeuvre. Afin de tenir le calendrier fix\u00e9, les \u00e9quipes ont \u00e9galement privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 la pr\u00e9fabrication b\u00e9ton pour l\u2019emploi de plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments constructifs (poutres pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9es, planchers pr\u00e9dalles, certains pr\u00e9murs en voile\u2026). Des panneaux photovolta\u00efques seront install\u00e9s au dernier \u00e9tage du parking silo.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs solutions, y compris digitales, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9es sur ce chantier pour assurer un suivi rigoureux des travaux men\u00e9s et optimiser toutes les t\u00e2ches ex\u00e9cut\u00e9es afin de gagner en productivit\u00e9. Les \u00e9tudes sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019appui d\u2019une maquette num\u00e9rique qui permet notamment de r\u00e9aliser en 3D les synth\u00e8ses architecturales et techniques. Cela permettra aux futurs occupants de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les data de la maquette num\u00e9rique \u00e0 l\u2019issue de la livraison, dans le but de faciliter les op\u00e9rations de maintenance. Les deux grues employ\u00e9es en phase de gros oeuvre sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es du bo\u00eetier CAD42, connect\u00e9 \u00e0 la maquette BIM, qui permet de programmer de fa\u00e7on pr\u00e9cise l\u2019avancement des t\u00e2ches des grues afin d\u2019optimiser leur plan de charge. L\u2019outil CAD42 assure la reconnaissance photographique de la nature des charges par machine learning pour contr\u00f4ler de fa\u00e7on pr\u00e9cise les typologies des mat\u00e9riaux d\u00e9plac\u00e9s. Cet outil connect\u00e9 apporte aussi de vraies garanties sur le plan de la pr\u00e9servation de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des compagnons. Spie batignolles sud-ouest a choisi ce chantier pour exp\u00e9rimenter l\u2019utilisation de grands casiers, type pick-up, de plusieurs dimensions, pour la gestion des livraisons de mat\u00e9riaux. Cela permet aux livreurs de venir d\u00e9poser la marchandise sans avoir \u00e0 appeler un interlocuteur sur place, qui doit abandonner sa t\u00e2che le temps de la r\u00e9ception. Pour tenir la cadence sur le chantier et s\u2019inscrire dans une logique de productivit\u00e9, les \u00e9quipes prolongent la d\u00e9marche LEAN d\u00e9j\u00e0 initi\u00e9e sur de nombreuses op\u00e9rations Spie batignolles.
