Reposant sur des technologies diff\u00e9rentes selon les ressources exploit\u00e9es et les usages attendus, la g\u00e9othermie est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 plurielle : g\u00e9othermie de surface sur nappe ou sur sondes ; g\u00e9othermie profonde \u00e0 usage direct ou pour alimenter un r\u00e9seau de chaleur ou de froid urbain ; g\u00e9othermie profonde de haute \u00e9nergie ; etc. Elle int\u00e9resse de plus en plus de particuliers, de bailleurs sociaux, de collectivit\u00e9s et d\u2019entreprises, soucieux de r\u00e9duire leur facture \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une \u00e9nergie d\u00e9carbon\u00e9e.
