C\u2019est pour rendre hommage \u00e0 ce patrimoine qu\u2019Andr\u00e9 Malraux, ancien ministre de la Culture, avait lanc\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation de ce b\u00e2timent, situ\u00e9 au pied de la cath\u00e9drale Saint-Pierre de Beauvais et assumant pleinement sa volont\u00e9 de rupture avec l\u2019architecture gothique de l\u2019\u00e9glise catholique. Le 5 avril dernier a marqu\u00e9 une grande \u00e9tape dans le projet de restructuration du b\u00e2timent initi\u00e9 par la ville : la premi\u00e8re marche d&rsquo;un escalier monumental a \u00e9t\u00e9 pos\u00e9e.
