La gamme NOVASKIN\u00ae offre une \u00ab nouvelle peau \u00bb aux logements \u00e0 r\u00e9nover, principalement aux c\u0153urs des centres-villes, sur des fa\u00e7ades dont les supports doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9serv\u00e9s. Cette gamme apporte performance thermique tout en veillant aux \u00e9changes hygrom\u00e9triques des enduits, essentiels pour maintenir sains les supports des b\u00e2timents. De nombreux essais en laboratoire ont permis de trouver le meilleur granulat isolant compatible avec la chaux hydraulique, pour assurer un \u00e9quilibre entre performance m\u00e9canique et l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9. Ce d\u00e9veloppement produit a amen\u00e9 SAINT-ASTIER \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser de nombreux essais sur chantiers avec des entreprises expertes en r\u00e9novation pour les applicatifs en manuelle et en passage machine. Les chantiers op\u00e9r\u00e9s permettent d\u2019avoir \u00e9galement un recul tangible sur les comportements des solutions appliqu\u00e9es. Innovante, esth\u00e9tique, 100% min\u00e9rale et avec des performances mesur\u00e9es, cette gamme de mortiers d\u2019enduits isolants est constitu\u00e9e de chaux hydraulique et de charges min\u00e9rales 100% issues de mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s (bille de verre expans\u00e9). Quatre solutions composent la gamme NOVASKIN\u00ae dont deux mortiers isolants. Ces mortiers ont fait l\u2019objet de rapports de Conductivit\u00e9 Thermique (\u028e) par un laboratoire d\u2019essais accr\u00e9dit\u00e9 COFRAC. Pr\u00eate \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, incombustible (A1), assurant la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la vapeur d\u2019eau, imputrescible, sans COV et class\u00e9e A+.
