L\u2019AIMCC invite les futurs d\u00e9put\u00e9s \u00e0 prendre, d\u00e8s le mois de juillet, des mesures urgentes avec un plan de mise \u00e0 disposition de logements par des constructions neuves, des r\u00e9habilitations de logements vacants et des reconversions d\u2019immeubles de bureaux ; une strat\u00e9gie pluriannuelle de r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des b\u00e2timents, coh\u00e9rente avec les objectifs climatiques et assortie d\u2019incitations financi\u00e8res efficaces encourageant les collectivit\u00e9s territoriales \u00e0 abonder les aides de l\u2019Etat et un renforcement du soutien aux investissements industriels pour la d\u00e9carbonation, avec la mise \u00e0 disposition d\u2019\u00e9nergies d\u00e9carbon\u00e9es \u00e0 prix comp\u00e9titifs ainsi que des infrastructures et un cadre r\u00e9glementaire pour la capture, le transport, le stockage et la r\u00e9utilisation du carbone.<br \/>\nL\u2019activit\u00e9 de la fili\u00e8re de la construction contribue aux recettes de l\u2019\u00c9tat \u00e0hauteur d&rsquo;environ 90 milliards \u20ac\/an, elle doit aujourd\u2019hui relever d\u2019importants d\u00e9fis \u00e9conomiques et \u00e9cologiques
