Le nombre de logements autoris\u00e9s se situe 33 % en dessous de son niveau moyen des 12 mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant le premier confinement. D\u2019octobre 2023 \u00e0 septembre 2024, 337 100 logements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 la construction, soit 34 900 de moins que lors des douze mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents (- 9,4 %) et 27 % de moins qu\u2019au cours des 12 mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la crise sanitaire (mars 2019 \u00e0 f\u00e9vrier 2020). En septembre 2024, 18 900 logements auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en chantier, soit 2 000 de moins qu\u2019en ao\u00fbt 2024 (- 9,8 %). Il s\u2019agit du plus faible total mensuel depuis 2000. Le nombre de logements commenc\u00e9s en septembre 2024 serait inf\u00e9rieur de 41 % \u00e0 sa moyenne des 12 mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la crise sanitaire.
