Cette progression r\u00e9sulte principalement des efforts engag\u00e9s dans le cadre du Nouveau Programme National de Renouvellement Urbain (NPNRU), avec 13 301 logements reconstitu\u00e9s, marquant une augmentation significative de 47 % par rapport \u00e0 2023. La hausse globale de la production est port\u00e9e par les logements en Pr\u00eat Locatif Social (PLS), notamment les r\u00e9sidences \u00e9tudiantes, qui atteignent un niveau historiquement \u00e9lev\u00e9 avec 9 399 logements financ\u00e9s (+39,1 % par rapport \u00e0 2023). Ce chiffre, qui d\u00e9passe le pic pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent de 7 251 logements en 2022, t\u00e9moigne de la volont\u00e9 de l\u2019Etat de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins criants des \u00e9tudiants. En ce qui concerne les logements tr\u00e8s sociaux (PLAI) et sociaux classiques (PLUS), la production totale est rest\u00e9e stable. Parmi les logements sociaux contribuant au plan Logement d\u2019Abord, 1 750 pensions de famille et 5 200 r\u00e9sidences sociales, destin\u00e9s aux plus pr\u00e9caires, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 produits, soit une l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2023.
