La cath\u00e9drale de Strasbourg a fait l’objet d’un relev\u00e9 num\u00e9rique 3D complet par drone. L’op\u00e9ration a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 une pr\u00e9paration minutieuse plusieurs mois en amont, en raison de la complexit\u00e9 du site, tant au niveau architectural que r\u00e9glementaire : nombre et diversit\u00e9 des intervenants, site urbain tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent\u00e9, contraintes s\u00e9curitaires a\u00e9riennes\u2026 Il s\u2019agit d’\u00e9tablir des plans permettant de distinguer des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de seulement 0,5 cm. Le drone permet de s’approcher \u00e0 une dizaine de m\u00e8tres et de photographier la cath\u00e9drale sous tous ses angles, en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9, avec un fort recouvrement entre les clich\u00e9s, de l’ordre de 80 %, afin d\u2019assurer une reconstruction 3D de qualit\u00e9 par photogramm\u00e9trie. Les endroits plus \u00e9troits, inaccessibles par drone, sont relev\u00e9s avec un scanner laser terrestre et un appareil photo reflex. Au total, ce sont plus de 20 000 photos et une centaine de scans qui seront analys\u00e9s dans des logiciels sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, afin de restituer un jumeau num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n
