Au c\u0153ur de cette aventure patrimoniale et technique, Groupe G\u00e9otec apporte son expertise g\u00e9otechnique en milieu maritime.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Depuis sa silhouette mythique pos\u00e9e entre l\u2019\u00eele d\u2019Aix et l\u2019\u00eele d\u2019Ol\u00e9ron, Fort Boyard veille sur le Pertuis d\u2019Antioche depuis plus de 150 ans. Mais l\u2019ic\u00f4ne de la c\u00f4te atlantique fran\u00e7aise, rendue c\u00e9l\u00e8bre par la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, est aujourd\u2019hui fragilis\u00e9e. \u00c9rosion, houle, temp\u00eates : ses protections d\u2019origine ont disparu au fil du temps, laissant la b\u00e2tisse expos\u00e9e aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Face \u00e0 la menace de d\u00e9gradation irr\u00e9versible, le D\u00e9partement de la Charente-Maritime, propri\u00e9taire des lieux, a lanc\u00e9 un programme de reconstruction des ouvrages de protection. Objectif : assurer la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 du fort pour les cent prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Redonner au fort sa silhouette d\u2019origine<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">Pilot\u00e9 par le groupement de conception-r\u00e9alisation ETPO\/BRLi\/Architecture Patrimoine sous la houlette de l\u2019architecte du patrimoine Delphine Gramaglia, ce projet d\u2019envergure entend restituer les structures historiques : l\u2019\u00e9peron au nord, le havre d\u2019accostage au sud, la risberme p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique et les blocs de protection.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Ces ouvrages auront chacun un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant : att\u00e9nuer l\u2019\u00e9nergie des vagues, \u00e9viter l\u2019\u00e9rosion des fondations, garantir la stabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019assise rocheuse. Le tout, en conciliant exigences techniques contemporaines et fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019architecture d\u2019origine.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Le r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 de Groupe G\u00e9otec<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">Pour concevoir et fiabiliser ces solutions de reconstruction, le recours \u00e0 une expertise g\u00e9otechnique pointue s\u2019est impos\u00e9 d\u00e8s les phases amont. Groupe G\u00e9otec a \u00e9t\u00e9 missionn\u00e9 en 2023 pour conduire les \u00e9tudes G1 (d\u00e9finition du mod\u00e8le g\u00e9otechnique) et G2 AVP (analyse des fondations), dans des conditions maritimes particuli\u00e8rement exigeantes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Depuis la plateforme auto\u00e9l\u00e9vatrice <i>OMER<\/i>, les \u00e9quipes ont men\u00e9 des sondages in situ autour du fort, entre automne 2023 et \u00e9t\u00e9 2024. Malgr\u00e9 les al\u00e9as climatiques \u2013 houle, vents, mar\u00e9es \u2013 seules quatre mises en station ont pu \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur six pr\u00e9vues. Elles ont permis de caract\u00e9riser les diff\u00e9rentes couches g\u00e9ologiques (remblai, banc de sable, substratum marno-calcaire) et d\u2019affiner le mod\u00e8le du site.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u00ab Ce chantier nous a aussi offert une belle symbolique : celle de d\u00e9ployer notre plateforme auto\u00e9l\u00e9vatrice OMER, pour ses 10 ans, \u00e0 seulement quelques encablures de son lieu de naissance, \u00e0 Marennes \u00bb, souligne Thomas Portenart, responsable du service maritime chez G\u00e9otec.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Un chantier sous contraintes extr\u00eames<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">La configuration du site a complexifi\u00e9 les op\u00e9rations : proximit\u00e9 du fort, enrochements affleurants, faible man\u0153uvrabilit\u00e9 et impossibilit\u00e9 de transfert de personnel de nuit. Autant de d\u00e9fis qui ont n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 une adaptation constante des \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Mais les enjeux sont \u00e0 la hauteur de l\u2019effort. \u00ab En agissant pour la sauvegarde du fort Boyard, c\u2019est un geste historique pour les 100 prochaines ann\u00e9es que nous r\u00e9alisons \u00bb, affirme Sylvie Marcilly, pr\u00e9sidente du D\u00e9partement de la Charente-Maritime.<\/p>\n<h3><b>2028 : ouverture au public<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">Les travaux d\u00e9buteront \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2025 pour s\u2019achever en 2028. \u00c0 cette date, pour la premi\u00e8re fois, le fort ouvrira ses portes aux visiteurs.
