Nomm\u00e9e pour un mandat de deux ans et demi renouvelable, Emmanuelle Wargon a pris ses fonctions hier, mercredi 17 septembre.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"718\" data-end=\"975\">Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2011, l\u2019ACER r\u00e9unit l\u2019ensemble des r\u00e9gulateurs nationaux de l\u2019\u00e9nergie. Elle a pour objectif de favoriser le march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en de l\u2019\u00e9nergie afin de faire b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier les entreprises et les citoyens de l\u2019UE d\u2019une \u00e9nergie abordable, s\u00fbre et d\u00e9carbon\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1208\"><strong data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1022\">Renforcer le march\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9nergie europ\u00e9en<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1208\"><br data-start=\"1022\" data-end=\"1025\" \/>Tr\u00e8s concr\u00e8tement, l\u2019agence et ses relais nationaux ont pour mission d\u2019int\u00e9grer les march\u00e9s nationaux dans le march\u00e9 de l\u2019UE pour garantir un approvisionnement fiable et moins cher.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1210\" data-end=\"1507\">Aider l\u2019Europe dans sa transition vers les \u00e9nergies propres, renforcer l\u2019infrastructure \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique transeurop\u00e9enne en facilitant les flux transfrontaliers des \u00e9nergies, pr\u00e9venir les manipulations et abus sur le march\u00e9, et coordonner les r\u00e9glementations europ\u00e9ennes dans le domaine de
