Ce dispositif s\u2019inscrit dans une logique de revitalisation patrimoniale et de transformation urbaine durable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">L\u2019enjeu est double : d\u2019une part, faire \u00e9merger des usages innovants dans des b\u00e2timents souvent oubli\u00e9s ou abandonn\u00e9s ; d\u2019autre part, redonner sens et attractivit\u00e9 aux territoires \u00e0 travers la culture, la cr\u00e9ation et le lien social.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Un appel \u00e0 projets pour les patrimoines dormants<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">Les porteurs de projets sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 proposer des usages qui respectent et valorisent le caract\u00e8re architectural des pavillons : ateliers d\u2019artistes, r\u00e9sidences, lieux de m\u00e9diation, espaces hybrides m\u00ealant arts et usages citoyens.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">L\u2019appel vise aussi \u00e0 encourager des d\u00e9marches collectives, collaboratives, qui impliquent les habitants et favorisent les dynamiques locales. Le patrimoine n\u2019est alors plus seulement un h\u00e9ritage \u00e0 pr\u00e9server, mais une \u00e9nergie \u00e0 mobiliser pour r\u00e9inventer les usages.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Crit\u00e8res et modalit\u00e9s de candidature<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">L\u2019appel \u00e0 projets impose certaines conditions :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le pavillon doit \u00eatre vacant, indisponible ou sous-utilis\u00e9, et appartenir au patrimoine communal, institutionnel ou priv\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le projet doit \u00eatre viable, s\u2019inscrire dans un mod\u00e8le de gestion durable et envisager un accompagnement sur la dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Une attention particuli\u00e8re sera port\u00e9e \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 architecturale, \u00e0 l\u2019insertion dans le paysage urbain, \u00e0 la dimension culturelle et sociale, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la viabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\">Les candidatures sont ouvertes jusqu\u2019au <span class=\"s2\"><b>31 d\u00e9cembre 2025<\/b><\/span>. Un comit\u00e9 de s\u00e9lection \u00e9valuera les dossiers selon leur originalit\u00e9, leur faisabilit\u00e9 et leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 activer les territoires.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Redonner vie aux lieux d\u00e9laiss\u00e9s<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">Dans le contexte actuel o\u00f9 les centres urbains subissent des d\u00e9serts fonctionnels \u2014 commerces ferm\u00e9s, b\u00e2timents vacants, perte d\u2019animation \u2014 l\u2019initiative de <span class=\"s2\"><b>R\u00e9enchanter<\/b><\/span> propose une r\u00e9ponse pragmatique et symbolique \u00e0 la fois.
