Ensemble, ils ont mis au point <span class=\"s1\">BioCiTer<\/span>, un liant innovant pour le traitement des sols, capable de remplacer la <span class=\"s1\">chaux vive<\/span> tout en r\u00e9duisant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <span class=\"s1\">70 % les \u00e9missions de CO\u2082<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Une avanc\u00e9e majeure pour un secteur des <span class=\"s1\">travaux publics<\/span> en pleine mutation, o\u00f9 la r\u00e9duction de l\u2019empreinte environnementale devient un imp\u00e9ratif autant qu\u2019un levier de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Le biomim\u00e9tisme au service de la d\u00e9carbonation<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">BioCiTer s\u2019inscrit dans une logique de <span class=\"s2\">biomim\u00e9tisme<\/span>, en reproduisant un m\u00e9canisme naturel observ\u00e9 chez certaines esp\u00e8ces de termites, qui stabilisent leur environnement \u00e0 l\u2019aide de liants biologiques.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Ce transfert de principes naturels vers la construction ouvre la voie \u00e0 des <span class=\"s2\">proc\u00e9d\u00e9s industriels sobres en \u00e9nergie<\/span> et respectueux des cycles naturels.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Contrairement \u00e0 la chaux vive, dont la fabrication g\u00e9n\u00e8re une forte intensit\u00e9 carbone et des \u00e9missions de poussi\u00e8res sur chantier, BioCiTer repose sur une chimie douce, \u00e0 <span class=\"s2\">plus faible impact environnemental<\/span>. Il contribue ainsi \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les nuisances pour les travailleurs tout en limitant les pollutions atmosph\u00e9riques locales.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><i>\u00ab BioCiTer est une illustration concr\u00e8te de la capacit\u00e9 du biomim\u00e9tisme \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux enjeux climatiques du BTP \u00bb,<\/i> souligne <span class=\"s2\">NGE<\/span>, qui multiplie les projets pilotes de ce type dans le cadre de sa strat\u00e9gie bas carbone.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><b>Une d\u00e9monstration concr\u00e8te dans le Grand Est<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Le <\/span>2 octobre 2025<span class=\"s2\">, le groupe a organis\u00e9 une <\/span>premi\u00e8re d\u00e9monstration en conditions r\u00e9elles<span class=\"s2\"> sur son site de <\/span>Coin-l\u00e8s-Cuvry (Moselle)<span class=\"s2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Cette exp\u00e9rimentation, conduite avec le soutien de <span class=\"s3\">Bioxegy<\/span>, a confirm\u00e9 la viabilit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 pour le <span class=\"s3\">traitement de portance des sols<\/span> dans les projets d\u2019infrastructures et d\u2019am\u00e9nagements urbains.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Les r\u00e9sultats mettent en \u00e9vidence une <span class=\"s3\">r\u00e9duction significative de l\u2019empreinte carbone<\/span>, mais aussi une meilleure <span class=\"s3\">ergonomie d\u2019application<\/span> : moins de poussi\u00e8res, moins d\u2019exposition pour les op\u00e9rateurs, et une productivit\u00e9 \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 celle des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s conventionnels.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Un levier pour la transition environnementale du BTP<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">Laur\u00e9at d\u2019une <span class=\"s2\">mention sp\u00e9ciale aux Troph\u00e9es des Travaux Publics 2024<\/span>, BioCiTer s\u2019impose comme un <span class=\"s2\">vecteur d\u2019innovation responsable<\/span> au service de la d\u00e9carbonation des chantiers. Cette d\u00e9marche s\u2019inscrit dans le plan climat du groupe NGE, qui vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire de <span class=\"s2\">40 % ses \u00e9missions de CO\u2082 d\u2019ici 2030<\/span>, avec un objectif de <span class=\"s2\">275 kg eqCO\u2082\/k\u20ac de chiffre d\u2019affaires<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Pour <span class=\"s2\">Bioxegy<\/span>, partenaire scientifique du projet, cette r\u00e9ussite illustre la pertinence du biomim\u00e9tisme comme <span class=\"s2\">outil d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie durable<\/span>, capable de r\u00e9concilier performance technique et \u00e9quilibre \u00e9cologique.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Un changement d\u2019\u00e9chelle \u00e0 venir<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">Apr\u00e8s la phase de tests, NGE ambitionne de <span class=\"s2\">d\u00e9ployer BioCiTer \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle<\/span> sur ses chantiers en France et \u00e0 l\u2019international.
