Une initiative pionni\u00e8re qui ouvre la voie \u00e0 une production de verre plat plus respectueuse de l\u2019environnement, essentielle \u00e0 la construction de fa\u00e7ades performantes et bas carbone.<\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b>Le biom\u00e9thane, levier pour d\u00e9carboner la production de verre<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">Le site <span class=\"s2\"><b>Saint-Gobain Glass d\u2019Aniche<\/b><\/span>, l\u2019un des plus importants d\u2019Europe pour la fabrication de verre plat, devient le premier site verrier fran\u00e7ais \u00e0 <span class=\"s2\"><b>utiliser du biom\u00e9thane local<\/b><\/span> pour alimenter son processus industriel. Ce gaz vert, inject\u00e9 dans le r\u00e9seau par <span class=\"s2\"><b>GRDF<\/b><\/span> et produit par <span class=\"s2\"><b>M\u00e9thagora<\/b><\/span>, une unit\u00e9 de m\u00e9thanisation agricole voisine, remplace partiellement le gaz naturel utilis\u00e9 pour la fusion du verre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Cette innovation permet de <span class=\"s2\"><b>r\u00e9duire l\u2019empreinte carbone<\/b><\/span> d\u2019un mat\u00e9riau central dans l\u2019enveloppe du b\u00e2timent \u2014 les vitrages et fa\u00e7ades constituant une part importante de la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des constructions neuves et r\u00e9nov\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Une synergie locale entre industrie, \u00e9nergie et agriculture<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">Le projet s\u2019inscrit dans une logique d\u2019<span class=\"s2\"><b>\u00e9conomie circulaire territoriale<\/b><\/span>. La m\u00e9thanisation de <span class=\"s2\"><b>r\u00e9sidus agricoles et d\u00e9chets organiques<\/b><\/span> alimente la production d\u2019un gaz renouvelable directement redistribu\u00e9 au site industriel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Une approche qui illustre la <span class=\"s2\"><b>coop\u00e9ration entre les acteurs du territoire<\/b><\/span> \u2014 industriels, \u00e9nerg\u00e9ticiens et agriculteurs \u2014 pour b\u00e2tir une fili\u00e8re vertueuse.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab Ce partenariat illustre la synergie entre l\u2019industrie, le monde agricole et les acteurs de l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00bb, souligne <span class=\"s2\"><b>Aur\u00e9lie Vandaele<\/b><\/span>, directrice du site Saint-Gobain Glass d\u2019Aniche. \u00ab Le biom\u00e9thane contribue \u00e0 d\u00e9carboner notre production tout en soutenant une \u00e9conomie locale et durable. \u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3><b>Vers un verre plat bas carbone pour les fa\u00e7ades de demain<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">Le projet d\u2019Aniche s\u2019inscrit dans la strat\u00e9gie globale de <span class=\"s2\"><b>Saint-Gobain Glass<\/b><\/span>, qui vise \u00e0 <span class=\"s2\"><b>diviser par deux ses \u00e9missions de CO\u2082 d\u2019ici 2030<\/b><\/span>.
