Shigeru Ban y rappelle que l\u2019architecture n\u2019est pas seulement un art du b\u00e2ti, mais aussi un <span class=\"s2\">acte social et solidaire<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p3\">Une immersion dans la mati\u00e8re et la pens\u00e9e constructive<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">R\u00e9partie sur deux \u00e9tages, l\u2019exposition pr\u00e9sente <span class=\"s2\">maquettes originales<\/span>, <span class=\"s2\">dessins<\/span>, <span class=\"s2\">photographies<\/span> et <span class=\"s2\">reconstructions<\/span> venues du Japon, de France et d\u2019Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s3\">Les visiteurs y d\u00e9couvrent le <\/span>processus de conception<span class=\"s3\"> de Ban, sa recherche de <\/span>structures \u00e9conomes, modulables et d\u00e9montables<span class=\"s3\">, et son dialogue constant entre <\/span>innovation technologique et savoir-faire traditionnel<span class=\"s3\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Collaborateur de ma\u00eetres tels qu\u2019<span class=\"s2\">Arata Isozaki<\/span> et <span class=\"s2\">Frei Otto<\/span>, Shigeru Ban fonde en 1995 le <span class=\"s2\">Voluntary Architects\u2019 Network (VAN)<\/span>, un r\u00e9seau d\u2019architectes volontaires intervenant dans les zones sinistr\u00e9es du monde entier. Avec cette initiative, il montre comment le <span class=\"s2\">bois et les mat\u00e9riaux biosourc\u00e9s<\/span> peuvent contribuer \u00e0 une <span class=\"s2\">architecture de l\u2019urgence<\/span> respectueuse des ressources et des populations.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p3\">Le bois comme horizon humaniste<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u00c0 travers cette exposition, le mus\u00e9e Manggha met en avant une \u0153uvre qui d\u00e9passe la simple prouesse formelle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Chez Shigeru Ban, le bois devient le <span class=\"s2\">support d\u2019un dialogue entre nature et culture<\/span>, une mati\u00e8re qui relie l\u2019esth\u00e9tique \u00e0 la responsabilit\u00e9.
