Pour m\u00e9moire, l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 avait \u00e9t\u00e9 plut\u00f4t morose pour le secteur, avec deux mois cons\u00e9cutifs de baisse (-5,7 % en ao\u00fbt et -1,5 % en juillet).<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Les autorisations sont \u00e0 un niveau proche du d\u00e9but de 2023, compte tenu du dynamisme observ\u00e9 en d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s deux ann\u00e9es peu favorables \u00bb,<\/em> note le minist\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h2>11,9 % de moins que la moyenne sur cinq ans<\/h2>\n<p>Ce timide rebond est essentiellement port\u00e9 par les logements collectifs (+5,3 % \u00e0 22 194 r\u00e9sidences), alors que les autorisations pour les logements individuels ont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diminu\u00e9 (-1,6 % \u00e0 11 551 unit\u00e9s).<\/p>\n<p>Reste que la tendance g\u00e9n\u00e9rale demeure orient\u00e9e \u00e0 la baisse. Ainsi, d\u2019octobre 2024 \u00e0 septembre 2025, 372 731 logements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 la construction. C\u2019est 11,9 % de moins que la moyenne des cinq ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.<\/p>\n<h2>Une baisse des mises en chantier<\/h2>\n<p>Le minist\u00e8re note \u00e9galement que le nombre de logements mis en chantier en septembre a atteint 24 259, soit -8,9 % par rapport \u00e0 ao\u00fbt. <em>\u00ab Cette diminution intervient apr\u00e8s trois mois cons\u00e9cutifs de progression : +8,2 % en ao\u00fbt, +1,2 % en juillet et +24,6 % en juin. \u00bb<\/em> Sur douze mois, 272 238 logements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en chantier, soit -23,1 % par rapport \u00e0 la moyenne des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Concernant les mises en chantier des logements individuels, la tendance sur cinq ans n\u2019est gu\u00e8re plus reluisante : -12,7 % en septembre 2025, et un recul de 32,1 % par rapport \u00e0 la moyenne des cinq ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. Pour le collectif, le bilan est plus contrast\u00e9 : en septembre, les mises en chantier ont grimp\u00e9 de 5,3 %, mais restent inf\u00e9rieures de 3,8 % \u00e0 la moyenne des cinq ann\u00e9es
