Cette d\u00e9marche, accept\u00e9e le 1er d\u00e9cembre 2025 par le tribunal d\u2019Ulm, permet \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise de poursuivre son activit\u00e9 sous supervision judiciaire tout en recherchant un ou plusieurs investisseurs capables de soutenir son redressement.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La direction, compos\u00e9e d\u2019Ulrich Braig et de Klaus Wertz, reste en place et continue d\u2019assurer ses fonctions dans le cadre de la proc\u00e9dure. L\u2019activit\u00e9 se poursuit sur les deux sites de production, \u00e0 Karlsruhe et Ammelshain. Les commandes, services et relations commerciales sont maintenus. Pour s\u00e9curiser les r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations, un pr\u00e9financement de l\u2019allocation de garantie des salaires a \u00e9t\u00e9 activ\u00e9. Un mandataire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, Stephan Strumpf (cabinet Finkenhof), accompagne l\u2019entreprise dans la conduite de la restructuration.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La gestion directe vise \u00e0 stabiliser financi\u00e8rement Mocopinus et \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer l\u2019avenir dans un cadre judiciaire structur\u00e9. Un processus de refinancement et d\u2019analyse des options strat\u00e9giques est engag\u00e9, incluant l\u2019\u00e9ventuelle entr\u00e9e de nouveaux investisseurs. Les discussions men\u00e9es t\u00e9moignent de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique et les comp\u00e9tences de l\u2019entreprise dans le domaine des profil\u00e9s en bois massif.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Selon l\u2019entreprise, cette situation r\u00e9sulte d\u2019un contexte de march\u00e9 d\u00e9grad\u00e9. La baisse de la construction et des permis de construire, la hausse des co\u00fbts et les difficult\u00e9s d\u2019approvisionnement, notamment apr\u00e8s l\u2019interruption des flux de m\u00e9l\u00e8ze sib\u00e9rien, ont fragilis\u00e9 la rentabilit\u00e9. Les conditions de cr\u00e9dit plus strictes ont renforc\u00e9 la pression financi\u00e8re.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Malgr\u00e9 ces contraintes, Mocopinus s\u2019appuie sur des bases op\u00e9rationnelles solides : un portefeuille complet de profil\u00e9s en bois massif, des d\u00e9cennies d\u2019exp\u00e9rience et une pr\u00e9sence sur plusieurs march\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens, dont la France.
