Au total, cela repr\u00e9sente 5,8 millions de m\u00b2, dont 1,3 million de m\u00b2 en r\u00e9novation.<\/p>\n<p>Deux labels appel\u00e9s \u00e0 fusionner. Lors du MIPIM 2026, BBCA a annonc\u00e9 le lancement d\u2019un nouveau label couvrant \u00e0 la fois la construction neuve et la r\u00e9novation. Cette initiative r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une \u00e9volution du march\u00e9, o\u00f9 les projets immobiliers combinent de plus en plus ces deux dimensions.<\/p>\n<h2>Un processus d\u2019harmonisation<\/h2>\n<p><em>\u00ab En alignant et combinant la mesure du carbone pour la construction neuve et la r\u00e9novation, ainsi que pour les usages tertiaires et r\u00e9sidentiels, BBCA et LCBI r\u00e9alisent une avanc\u00e9e majeure et s\u2019alignent sur les besoins du secteur \u00bb,<\/em> explique Stanislas Pottier, pr\u00e9sident de BBCA.<\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 des projets immobiliers de plus en plus hybrides et \u00e0 une demande de simplification, les acteurs du secteur appellent \u00e0 harmoniser les m\u00e9thodes de calcul carbone et les labels. En parall\u00e8le, un label europ\u00e9en port\u00e9 par LCBI, inspir\u00e9 de BBCA, se d\u00e9ploie d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans plusieurs pays. L\u2019objectif est d\u00e9sormais de fusionner et aligner ces d\u00e9marches afin de cr\u00e9er un label unique, valable en France et en Europe, applicable au neuf comme \u00e0 la r\u00e9novation, dans un premier temps pour les bureaux, le logement et l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie.<\/p>\n<h2>Une m\u00e9thode attendue fin 2026<\/h2>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>\u00ab La publication de la m\u00e9thode est attendue d\u2019ici fin 2026, pour un label qui sera d\u00e9livr\u00e9 aux actifs immobiliers par BBCA ou LCBI \u00bb,<\/em> pr\u00e9cise un communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le futur label sera compatible avec les r\u00e9glementations europ\u00e9ennes et les standards de la finance durable. Il reposera sur une analyse compl\u00e8te du cycle de vie des b\u00e2timents, avec une m\u00e9thode de calcul commune au neuf et \u00e0 la r\u00e9novation, exprim\u00e9e en kg \u00e9quivalent CO\u2082 par m\u00b2. Cette m\u00e9thodologie int\u00e9grera le carbone embarqu\u00e9, le carbone op\u00e9rationnel ainsi que le stockage du carbone sur l\u2019ensemble du cycle de vie, avec des seuils d\u2019\u00e9missions \u00e0 respecter.<\/p>\n<p>Le label sera dans un premier temps d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 en France, en Allemagne, en Italie, en Espagne, en Belgique, aux Pays-Bas, au Luxembourg et au
