Rachet\u00e9e par Mutares, l\u2019entreprise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les fa\u00e7ades aluminium amorce une transformation de son organisation et renforce sa direction pour accompagner son d\u00e9veloppement en Europe.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rachet\u00e9 par la holding industrielle Mutares, le sp\u00e9cialiste des solutions de fa\u00e7ades et de menuiseries aluminium Kawneer<\/a> adopte une nouvelle identit\u00e9 et va progressivement adopter le nom Novastruct. Le lancement officiel de la nouvelle marque est fix\u00e9 au 28 mai 2026, et se d\u00e9ploiera progressivement sur ses march\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens (France, Pays-Bas et Royaume-Uni).<\/p>\n

Ce changement s\u2019accompagne d\u2019une refonte de son organisation. Apr\u00e8s avoir analys\u00e9 en profondeur ses activit\u00e9s, l\u2019entreprise a engag\u00e9 une transformation de sa structure organisationnelle et de son mod\u00e8le de management sur le Vieux Continent.<\/p>\n

Une \u00e9quipe de direction renforc\u00e9e<\/h2>\n

Par ce biais, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 souhaite renforcer sa lisibilit\u00e9, fluidifier les processus de d\u00e9cision, et mieux comprendre les attentes des march\u00e9s locaux. L\u2019\u00e9quipe de direction \u00e9galement deux nouveaux membre, Nico Klomp en tant que Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral EUROPE (CEO), et Marc van Rijswijk, Directeur Financier EUROPE (CFO).<\/p>\n

\u00ab Notre plan de transformation est en ligne avec nos objectifs. Nous mettons en place une nouvelle gouvernance et renfor\u00e7ons nos \u00e9quipes l\u00e0 o\u00f9 cela est n\u00e9cessaire pour r\u00e9aliser la strat\u00e9gie. \u00bb,<\/em> a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 par voie de communiqu\u00e9\u00a0: Robert Quattrocchi, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral France. L\u2019entreprise pr\u00e9voit en effet des embauches compl\u00e9mentaires dans ses \u00e9quipes de managment, notamment en France et au Royaume-Uni. Pour rappel, Kawneer compte 450 clients, trois sites de production et plus de 300 collaborateurs.<\/p>\n
