{"id":113406,"date":"2026-04-20T11:05:15","date_gmt":"2026-04-20T09:05:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/batijournal.com\/?p=113406"},"modified":"2026-04-20T11:05:57","modified_gmt":"2026-04-20T09:05:57","slug":"ce-scenario-alternatif-dun-think-tank-pour-alleger-la-note-de-la-renovation-energetique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/batijournal.com\/index.php\/ce-scenario-alternatif-dun-think-tank-pour-alleger-la-note-de-la-renovation-energetique\/113406\/","title":{"rendered":"Ce sc\u00e9nario alternatif d\u2019un think tank pour all\u00e9ger la note de la r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Selon le think tank \u00c9quilibre et \u00c9nergies, l\u2019accent doit \u00eatre mis en priorit\u00e9 sur la sortie des \u00e9nergies fossiles.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude du think tank \u00c9quilibre des \u00c9nergies, publi\u00e9e le 7 avril dernier, la r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des logements pourrait co\u00fbter 17 milliards d\u2019euros par an <em>\u00ab en plus de l\u2019effort annuel aujourd\u2019hui consenti \u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dans ce contexte, le think tank a propos\u00e9 une trajectoire alternative moins co\u00fbteuse, qui permettrait d\u2019\u00e9conomiser 8 milliards d\u2019euros par an, sans compromis sur la sortie des \u00e9nergies fossiles d\u2019ici 2050 au plus tard.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, l\u2019\u00c9tat ambitionne de faire passer le parc de logements \u00e0 la classe B du DPE d\u2019ici 2050, en misant sur la sortie des \u00e9nergies fossiles et l\u2019isolation thermique notamment. Seulement, toujours selon le think tank, cette strat\u00e9gie exige un investissement de 790 milliards d\u2019euros d\u2019ici 2050, soit environ 31,6 milliards d\u2019euros par an. Or, l\u2019investissement, publics et priv\u00e9s confondus, est actuellement de 15 milliards d\u2019euros, avance le think tank. L\u2019effort \u00e0 fournir <em>\u00ab n\u2019est pas atteignable, au regard de la situation budg\u00e9taire de l\u2019\u00c9tat et des capacit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res des m\u00e9nages \u00bb,<\/em> assure le think tank.<\/p>\n<h2>Sortir des fossiles en priorit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Dans son sc\u00e9nario alternatif, sans grande surprise, \u00c9quilibre et \u00c9nergies invite \u00e0 adopter une strat\u00e9gie de r\u00e9novation cibl\u00e9e,<em> \u00ab align\u00e9e sur les moyens r\u00e9ellement mobilisables \u00bb<\/em>. Cette trajectoire, ax\u00e9e sur des gestes cibl\u00e9s de r\u00e9novation, jug\u00e9s pertinents, mais surtout sur la sortie des \u00e9nergies fossiles, passe notamment par le remplacement syst\u00e9matique des syst\u00e8mes fossiles par des installations bas carbone, en \u00e9lectrifiant progressivement les syst\u00e8mes de chauffage, via l\u2019installation de pompes \u00e0 chaleur pour remplacer les chaudi\u00e8res fossiles, par exemple, qui sont encore pr\u00e9sentes dans 42 % des logements.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les calculs d\u2019\u00c9quilibre des \u00c9nergies, cette strat\u00e9gie permettrait d\u2019atteindre un parc de logements z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission d\u2019ici 2050 pour un co\u00fbt total de 575 milliards d\u2019euros sur 25 ans, soit une \u00e9conomie globale de 210 milliards d\u2019euros.
