Sa mission consistera \u00e0 structurer et piloter une nouvelle strat\u00e9gie climatique. \u00c0 ce jour, le bilan carbone de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pour les trois scopes s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 80 000 tonnes de CO2 \u00e9quivalent. \u00c0 terme, Saint-Astier entend r\u00e9duire ses \u00e9missions de 20 % d\u2019ici 2030, de 45 % d\u2019ici 2040, puis atteindre la neutralit\u00e9 carbone en 2050.<\/p>\n<p>Pour y parvenir, l\u2019entreprise a d\u2019abord r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un bilan carbone en 2023 et pr\u00e9voit de construire une unit\u00e9 de chaux d\u00e9carbon\u00e9e d\u2019ici 2028. Sa d\u00e9marche RSE s\u2019appuie sur le r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel ACT Pas \u00e0 Pas de l\u2019Agence de la transition \u00e9cologique (ADEME) et sur le cadre CSRD\/VSME. Le premier vise \u00e0 soutenir l\u2019entreprise dans sa d\u00e9marche bas carbone, et le second \u00e0 accompagner les PME dans leur strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\n<p>Globalement, l\u2019entreprise s\u2019est fix\u00e9 sept objectifs jug\u00e9s prioritaires : l\u2019att\u00e9nuation et l\u2019adaptation au changement climatique, l\u2019\u00e9nergie, la sant\u00e9-s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la formation et le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences, la relation clients-utilisateurs, ainsi que la culture
