L\u2019agence A26 a \u00e9t\u00e9 retenue pour conduire ce projet de r\u00e9habilitation d\u2019un \u00e9difice embl\u00e9matique de l\u2019Art d\u00e9co r\u00e9mois construit en 1931 par Lucien Pollet, architecte notamment connu pour la piscine Molitor \u00e0 Paris.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Au c\u0153ur de l\u2019intervention, la fa\u00e7ade fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une r\u00e9\u00e9criture compl\u00e8te visant \u00e0 redonner au b\u00e2timent une pr\u00e9sence urbaine forte tout en r\u00e9interpr\u00e9tant les codes architecturaux des ann\u00e9es 1930. Le projet s\u2019appuie sur une composition verticale marqu\u00e9e par de grandes ouvertures, un important travail de mod\u00e9nature et un nouveau dispositif d\u2019\u00e9clairage destin\u00e9 \u00e0 renforcer la lecture nocturne du b\u00e2timent. L\u2019agence A26 conserve les \u00e9l\u00e9ments caract\u00e9ristiques de l\u2019architecture Art d\u00e9co tout en les adaptant \u00e0 une \u00e9criture plus contemporaine. Le futur auvent d\u2019entr\u00e9e, les lignes de fa\u00e7ade et l\u2019enseigne participent ainsi \u00e0 la recomposition de l\u2019identit\u00e9 visuelle de l\u2019\u00e9quipement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La r\u00e9novation repose \u00e9galement sur une importante am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019enveloppe thermique. Le projet pr\u00e9voit le renforcement des performances \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques du b\u00e2timent \u00e0 travers une intervention globale sur l\u2019isolation, les syst\u00e8mes de traitement d\u2019air et les \u00e9quipements techniques. L\u2019objectif consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les consommations \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques tout en am\u00e9liorant le confort des usagers dans un \u00e9quipement particuli\u00e8rement contraint sur le plan thermique et hygrom\u00e9trique.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La fa\u00e7ade devient ainsi l\u2019un des principaux leviers de transformation du projet, \u00e0 la fois support d\u2019identit\u00e9 architecturale et \u00e9l\u00e9ment central de la strat\u00e9gie environnementale.
