BTP Consultants propose d\u00e9sormais une offre technique d\u00e9di\u00e9e pour accompagner ces op\u00e9rations de reconversion de bureaux en logements, alors que 9 millions de m2 de bureaux sont aujourd\u2019hui vacants.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La d\u00e9mocratisation du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, notamment suite \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie mondiale de Covid-19, a laiss\u00e9 quelques traces du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du march\u00e9 tertiaire. Une \u00e9tude de 2024 du Consortium des Bureaux en France estime \u00e0 9 millions de m\u00b2 la surface de bureaux vacants, soit 10 % du parc.<\/p>\n

Jug\u00e9e marginale, la transformation de ces bureaux en logements est per\u00e7ue de plus en plus comme un axe strat\u00e9gique permettant de revaloriser ce parc dormant, tout en r\u00e9pondant, au moins en partie, \u00e0 la crise du logement<\/a> qui frappe l’Hexagone depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Anticiper les exigences r\u00e9glementaires<\/h2>\n

Ce changement de destination doit toutefois r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un cadre r\u00e9glementaire sp\u00e9cifique et \u00e0 un diagnostic technique strict pour atteindre les standards propres au r\u00e9sidentiel.<\/p>\n
